If your begin to notice that your skin is red and sore, then change the ingredients or use less often. Some people have very sensitive skin and the combination in the homemade body scrub doesn't suit them. This is the fantastic thing about you making it; you can change the ingredients, and amount until you find one that is ideal for you.
